Kaimahi stories

These stories are real-world examples from kaimahi who work with rangatahi and were involved in the Relational Resources for Change Research in Aotearoa. They show PARTH in practice and can offer ideas, assist reflection, be examples alongside other resources such as the Theories and ideas, or used in team meetings. A big thank you to the organisations and kaimahi who have generously shared their wisdom and experience: Te Aroha Noa Community Services, INNOV8, Dingwall Launch Programme, VIBE, Tuilaepa Youth Mentoring Services (TYMS), Reconnect Family Services and other kaimahi from across the motu. Their stories have been anonymised and some details changed to protect identities. Thanks also to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment which funded the research that created this resource (MAUX2006). This work by J. Sanders, R. Munford, J. Webster, J. Mercier, D.
