Learn, contribute, collaborate supports reflection on the processes of relational practice.

Learn, contribute, collaborate supports reflection on the processes of relational practice: learning about the rangatahi you support, what you as kaimahi are contributing to the relationship, and supporting meaningful collaboration. Watch the video on the left to learn more about the resource and how others have used it.
Each stage of the process holds equal value. Taking time to learn about the rangatahi and showing them what you bring to the relationship can help ensure that the things you do together are effective. Relationship development with rangatahi is often not linear which can mean staying in the Learn and Contribute stages longer until the rangatahi really understands your role and can trust you.
Thank you to Davinia Abbott and the kaimahi at the Dingwall Trust Launch Programme who developed this resource.
Thanks also to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment for funding the research that created this resource (MAUX2006).
