PARTH reflection sheets

The PARTH in practice reflection sheets can assist kaimahi and organisations to reflect on relationship-based practice and how these approaches can be supported in everyday mahi. This is a great starting resource if you are considering using PARTH in your organisation or team.

Each sheet contains a definition of the PARTH word, practice values and links to real world examples.  Following this are a set of questions which all kaimahi can use to reflect on how organisation culture and mahi can support the use of each PARTH element (PARTH word), including strengths and ideas for development. You can experience using these worksheets at PARTH training.

Thank you to the kaimahi who helped to develop this resource. Thanks also to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment for funding the research that created these resources (MAUX2006).
