We all understand the importance of whanaungatanga – the connections and relationships that bind us. But what makes a relationship truly meaningful? And how can we create spaces where whanaungatanga can grow and thrive?
The Tōu Ake Mana website is designed to help answer those questions.
Drawing on the research with rangatahi and kaimahi, the Tōu Ake Mana team have developed tools and insights to support conversations about what really makes a difference when working together. They refer to this approach as whanaungatanga, relationship-based practice (RBP), or relational practice.
